Rooted in Community
From the start, Tennessee Homemade Wines has been about the community. Our Southern sweet wines are rooted in family tradition and produced locally by people who know and love the Smoky Mountains. Our wines aren’t simply something to sip on; they tell stories of the Smokies and their heritage, each sip a reflection of the mountains. Generations of Smokies history and culture are in each bottle.
We have 2 local wineries, one on the Parkway in Gatlinburg and another in the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville. Both are open 7 days a week and offer free tastings to give everyone who visits the Smokies a chance to connect with their history through taste. With a friendly staff, a great place to hang out, and space to socially connect, we’re all about having quality conversations with both loved ones and new faces.

Our complimentary daily tastings are an invitation to explore some of the best Smoky Mountain wines until you find one that’s right for you. The experience matters just as much as the wine. When it comes to wine, no 2 palates are the same, and that’s perfectly fine! That’s why Tennessee Homemade Wines offers a variety of different flavors. In addition to wines, you can even try locally made hard ciders from Tennessee Cider Company. It’s an example of how we cater to all guests, whether you’re a wine aficionado or an occasional drinker just stopping in to try authentic Smokies flavors.
The Gatlinburg Wine Trail
We mentioned that tastings with us are an experience just as much as they are a chance to try wines. That’s why we’re proud to be a part of the Gatlinburg Wine Trail! The wine trail is a must if you want to try all of the best wines, sparkling wines, and ciders the Smoky Mountains have to offer. At each of the 5 stops along the self-guided tour, you’ll be greeted by happy faces, enjoy different experiences in unique environments, and meet new friends!
