This Alcohol Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions for ordering, processing, and shipping alcohol products from Tennessee Homemade Wines.
By placing an order, You agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Orders that do not comply with these conditions may be canceled or returned at the purchaser's expense.
If the shipping address for an order is incorrect and it has already shipped, You will be charged a UPS rerouting fee of $20 per package.
An incorrect or missing street or suite number will also incur a $20 fee from UPS to correct Your address.
Orders that cannot be delivered will be returned to the winery. You will be charged both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the order to You.
If You Have Not Received Your Order

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If the damage is visible, do not accept the delivery from the shipping company. Please call us at 866-678-8466 and we will work with You to get Your order replaced.
If You Received Incorrect Products
Please call us at 866-678-8466 and we will work with You to get Your order replaced.
Shipping Method Responsibility
You are solely responsible for selecting the shipping method. Vinoshipper assumes no liability for products that are or may be damaged by heat or cold during shipping. If You feel that temperature extremes could impact the quality of Your order, we suggest choosing an express shipping method or delaying Your purchase.
