Winter Harvest

Harvested on the coldest day in the winter as the thick skinned Vidal grapes freeze on the vines, they are pressed to produce a semi-sweet wine with tastes of honey dew melon, golden raisin and peach cobbler. We are proud to present our Winter Harvest in the great French dessert winemaking tradition of Ice Wine. You are sure to enjoy paired with your favorite sweet or savory treat.
